Laura’s Favorite Spinach Casserole

Ingredients

2 packages frozen chopped spinach

2 eggs

1 can cream of celery soup

1 scant cup mayonnaise

1 cup grated sharp cheese

Italian breadcrumbs

 

Cook and drain spinach. Beat whole eggs until fluffy. Combine all ingredients, except breadcrumbs. Pour into greased 7 ½ x 12-inch casserole dish. Sprinkle breadcrumbs on top of casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes.
