Donna’s Granny Pearls Holiday Stuffing

Ingredients

2 sticks oleo, melted

1 cup chopped onion

1 cup chopped celery

1 loaf of bread, cubed

6 eggs, well beaten

4 cups turkey or chicken broth

1 tablespoon sage

 

Combine butter, onion and celery in a large skillet. Cook until tender. Remove from heat. Add remaining ingredients and toss lightly until well mixed. Spoon into a lightly greased 3 quart casserole. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until lightly browned.
