Antares Technology Solutions Selected to Create Cloud Based Portal including Services and Maintenance for Louisiana Clerks of Court Association.
Baton Rouge, LA – Antares Technology Solutions, a Baton Rouge based software development and information technology consulting company, announced today it has been awarded a contract for services to design, develop and maintain a cloud-based portal by the Louisiana Clerks’ Remote Access Authority (LCRAA). The Statewide Portal facilitates secure remote access by registered users to searchable copies of the official parish indices of land records for both mortgages and conveyances. Forty-five parishes have signed up to participate and will provide regular uploads of transaction data.
LCRAA’s Statewide Portal will provide public information on the availability of land records of participating clerks of court and will include hyperlinks to the desired clerks’ websites who are the custodians of the records identified through searches conducted via the Statewide Portal.

The Louisiana Clerks of Court Association was created in order to provide efficient and effective representation of its 64 parish Clerks of Court members and other statewide Clerks. The role of the Clerk of Court in each parish is to maintain and preserve the official records of the parish including processing and recording all land records, UCC documents, civil and criminal court proceedings, marriage licenses and other miscellaneous legal documents. In addition, each Clerk oversees all elections, election equipment and election personnel. The Louisiana Clerks’ Remote Access Authority was created to provide for infrastructure, governance, standard operating procedures, technology, and training to support a statewide portal for secure remote access by Internet users to certain records maintained by LCRAA members and to provide for document preservation.
