His expertise will help sharpen Antares’ edge, as we expand our services into more competitive areas.Baton Rouge, LA – Antares Technology Solutions, a Baton Rouge based software development and information technology consulting company, recently welcomed Alan Smith as its first CFO. Smith will be based out of the Baton Rouge headquarters where he will help oversee and steer the company’s financial course.
Smith graduated from LSU with a bachelor’s degree in accounting, and then later received his MBA from the University of New Orleans. In addition to his academic and professional qualifications as a CPA, Smith brings many years of experience as a CFO to local companies, including his most recent post, which was over an electronics company that also included software product sales.
Always looking for top talent, Antares is excited to welcome Smith aboard. CEO Ezra Hodge says that the addition of Smith’s experience comes at an opportune time for the growing company.
