I’ve worked here for 25 years. I’ve been through 3 software deployments and this was by far the easiest and smoothest.
-Becky Perrault, Deputy Clerk, Concordia Parish
The LCRAA Recording Software by Antares is not only easy to use, but it looks great! The design of the software is very easy on the eyes! The entire team at Antares is very responsive with answering questions and fixing issues as soon as they come up. Every time we’ve contacted Antares, we received some type of immediate feedback. They have excellent customer service as well as an excellent product.
-Wess Robison, Chief Deputy, Iberia Parish
The transition to the new LCRAA Recording Software was flawless. My staff really likes the software and have found it’s faster and easier to get their work done.

Antares was selected by the Louisiana Clerks of Court Association to design, develop and host the first Statewide Search Portal for users to quickly locate Land Records, Marriage Licenses, and Civil Information across Louisiana parishes in one easy to use Search Tool.
LCRAA selected Antares to build a custom Recording Software application available for use by Clerks to record documents within their offices and for use by registered users to record electronic documents through secure remote internet access via links on the Portal. LCRAA’s goal was to have software designed by Louisiana Clerks for Louisiana Clerks to reduce the time necessary to process records and to implement standard operating procedures for recording and preservation of recorded documents among participating parishes.
Ascension Parish was the 1st parish to go live on the new software. So far 12 parishes have signed up for the new system.
Antares provides maintenance and support to parish staff using the Recording Software as well as support to the public users of eClerksLA who desire to buy subscriptions, purchase copies and eRecord with those participating parishes.
working with Louisiana Clerks of Court goes back to working with Livingston Parish Clerk of Court, Thomas Sullivan in 2003. Antares built a custom application for the parish to provide Datamining and eCommerce services to their customers via the Internet.
